St Paul’s Emergency Department Research Group is a internationally recognized group of researchers. Established in the 1990s by Jim Christenson, Grant Innes, and Eric Grafstein, the group has produced landmark research in areas as diverse as Chest Pain Decision rules, Atrial Fibrillation, Resuscitation, Emergency Health Services, and Medical Informatics. The group has supervised numerous trainees, including at the bachelors, masters, PhD, and post-doctoral levels.
