Dr. Garth Hunte is an Emergency Physician at St. Paul’s Hospital and a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He graduated in Medicine from the University of Alberta, and has training in family, emergency, and sport medicine. He completed fellowships in Sport Medicine and Emergency Medicine, as well as a master’s degree in Exercise Science, and a PhD in Health Care and Epidemiology (from what is now the University of British Columbia’s School of Population and Public Health). His primary research interest is in patient safety.
