Rich Levitan and Scott Weingart have published one of the best Practice Changing papers of the year.  Their approach (NO DESAT! – Nasal Oxygen During Efforts Securing A Tube) has the potential to take much of the stress out of ED Airway Management and Intubation.  After reading this article please make some comments – I think we need to have a discussion about incorporating this into our practice.
